Thank you for a real good stay. Brand-new rooms complete with a good view and of reasonable proportions, as for instance, accommodating and outstandingly accommodating staff. The atmosphere of the hotel is family.

Not much. It was good for someone who wants a really cheap place close to backpackers area. There was hot water in shower. Only.
Very budget. Dirty. Awful bathroom. Breakfast was a joke. Noisy room, I could here person showering, spitting and making noise next door.

Saigon Mini Hotel 5 is right in the middle of all the action in Saigon. The heart of the tourist sector thrives in front of this hotel, with cafes, restaurants, art galleries, tourist shops, clothing, travel agents, and the traveller scene, woven in with Vietnamese daily life of kids going to school in the morning, and apartments scattered within the vast array of adventurers activities. The room I had was good, and better than expected for the price, with hot water for showering every time. Staff are super friendly, and in no time at all they become like friends. Step out into the street, and you have it all to see and eat and drink and well, I would stay there again for sure.

It was our best hotel so far! We loved it and felt comfortable. The staff was very nice and did everything we needed. They were also comprehensive when our flight was delayed and changed our dates with no additional fee. The location could not be better! We totally recommend this hotel and if we went to Saigon again we would go back to this hotel.
The aircon took time to be cold but after a while it was perfect!

Bang in the middle of the main District 1 area, so close to markets, nightlife etc. simple hotel with friendly staff, room was acceptable size and decent bathroom and good a/c. Small hotel with no real facilities but plenty around for food and drink. Can be a little noisy but as I choose to stay in the middle of the main tourist area I expected that and if you close the windows/vents it helps.

We stayed in 11 hotels in Vietnam and this was the last one. This hotel was one of the best hotels we stayed in Vietnam. The location is great, the rooms are modern and very clean and most important the staff is excellent. We had a problem that had nothing to do with the hotel, but the staff helped us with this problem. One of the staffmembers spended 2 hours with us on this matter and even when we where already back home they helped us big time. If you want a good hotel in Saigon for a good price with honoust staff, go for this hotel!
